The beginning of the bible, known as Genesis, explains how God created the heavens and earth. In doing so, he created light, darkness, divided the waters and the earth, and created man and woman in his image. As mentioned in Genesis “3 And God said, let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5.” (Pg.1, 2021) Adam was one of God’s first men on earth. He then created Eve for Adam from his rib who was a part of his flesh. He created Eve for Adam so that he would not be alone. He provided Adam with the Garden of Eden and advised him that he could eat food from any trees within it. Except for the tree of knowledge and evil because doing so would bring him death.
